01 Sound Familiar?
- Your process lives in a spreadsheet only one person really understands.
- Two tools that should talk to each other don’t, so someone copies data between them.
- Off-the-shelf software covers most of the job, but not the part that matters most.
- You have an idea for a tool nobody sells.
02 What PhreeLabs Builds
- Internal tools that apply your rules: calculators, quoting, scheduling, and review tools.
- Native Mac apps, built in Swift and AppKit.
- Creative and personal tools made for one person’s workflow.
- Web interfaces in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. For a whole site, see Website Design & Development.
- Engines and simulations where performance matters, in C++.
- Connections between the systems you already use, through their APIs, exports, or databases.
03 Proof: Software PhreeLabs Built
- Explainer Studio: a native Mac app with source-linked scenes, editable character poses, color animation, clip audio, and video export.
- Architect: an authoring app that packages playable Mac games with menu audio and saved settings, tested against the Webs engine.
- Webs: a game engine with a fixed 60 Hz simulation, buffered attacks, guard, throws, motion commands, and rules that change mid-match.
- MarketHaven: a native marketing workspace with drafting, exact-content approvals, publishing receipts, and measurement. Its provider adapters use owner-authorized connections, with controlled fixtures documenting their behavior.
First Phase One Workflow, Complete
The first release may support the essential action of a new product, a quoting or review process, or a repeatable path from source material to finished output.
- Define
- Who uses it, what goes in, which rules apply, what you need to control directly, and what a successful result looks like.
- Bound
- Separate the first usable workflow from future features. Identify existing systems, access requirements, data migration, and running costs before they become assumptions.
- Evaluate
- Try representative work and invalid inputs, save and reopen the result, and compare it with the current process or the product’s essential requirement.
See the capabilities demonstrated by the in-house builds and illustrative briefs.
04 What You Receive
A working application, its source code, setup and build instructions, and a short guide for the people who will use it.
Bugs in what was delivered are fixed free for 30 days after handoff. Ongoing support and new features are quoted separately.
05 Send to Begin
- What the software should do, and who will use it
- The process it follows today, step by step, if one exists
- Budget and timeline, if you have them
